Now in their tenth year, WhatClinic Patient Services Awards are given to those who have managed to demonstrate exceptional levels of customer service across a twelve-month period, taking into account how well they’ve dealt with customer enquiries, their telephone manner and the quality of the treatments on offer, with particular reference to the customers who find them through WhatClinic’s website. Of all of those who manage to put themselves in contention for one of these awards, they are only given to those who occupy the top 5% of any of the website’s specific categories – which makes receiving this award all the more special!
