How it works
Profhilo® is a hyaluronic acid gel-like substance which is injected into the skin. Once below the surface of the skin, it spreads and stimulates both hydration and the production of collagen and elastin – the natural elements in your body keeping your skin looking plump and youthful. Though you may be thinking, “what’s the difference between Profhilo® and dermal fillers?”, the answer is significant. Not only does this treatment provide intense hydration, but it also triggers natural protein stimulation which will keep your skin looking hydrated and youthful for longer.
Treatment and longevity
When it comes to treatments, Profhilo® is a relatively short procedure, only taking around 45 minutes per session! It’s easy to fit into your busy schedule – with results lasting up to 15 long months – so your skin will stay looking great for longer.
We usually recommend the treatment to be carried out over two sessions for a set price and the third session complimentary, however, all of our clients should have a full consultation with Dr David Taylor to see what course of action he recommends you take.
